With an impressive 14-year tenure in the wine realm within the Hospitality industry, Bethany has spearheaded multiple fine dining restaurant wine programs. Notably, she is the proud recipient of the Walter Clore Scholarship for achieving "Highest in Class" in her degree.
In collaboration with Chef Antonio Caruana, Bethany has meticulously curated the wine list at Luce Secondo, ensuring it stands as a testament to world-class producers that beautifully complement our distinctive menu. The program is thoughtfully designed to cater to a diverse palate, offering everything from everyday Italian favorites to exclusive limited collectibles.
